you will have to keep renaming them to SaveData1 until you find out which file you are looking for. rename the garbage file name from the gamepass save folder to the same name as the system data file in the steam save folder.the files above 2 mbs are your actual saves. this will be your save folderĤ) the files you have from gamepass will be either 23 kb or ~2mb+. it should be laid out like a typical windows drive.

in that folder you find the my games folder in the documents folder. in the compat data folder there should be a folder called 921570. it will be in one of the compatdata folders in the steam folder, but there are multiple. this is considerably harder and requires you to know a bit more about what you are talking about. this is easier, but requires an extra step.ī)find the save folder on deck. ģ.1)if you are trying to transfer your save to steam deck, there are 2 ways to go about it.Ī)download and do step 2 on a windows pc, then transfer the files from gamepass to steam on windows and use cloud sync to get them on deck. on Windows PC's this will be under C:/users//documents/My Games/Octopath_Traveler.
